Like many people, I learned about relationships the hard way. In my earlier years, I repeated patterns that kept me anxious, over-giving, and unsure of what real connection felt like. I didn't yet understand my nervous system was doing its best to protect me from reliving earlier experiences of pain.
Over time, through study, somatic therapy and deep personal work, I began to understand the body's role in shaping how we love, communicate and seek connection with others. That realization changed everything.
Today, my relationships are grounded, alive and honest. I've learned that conflict can deepen connection, that boundaries are care in action and that presence-not perfection-creates intimacy.
My background in sexology and body-based relational work allows me to support clients with both emotional and sexual aspects of intimacy helping them navigate communication, desire, performance anxiety and disconnection.
This is the foundation of my work. I help individuals and couples untangle the patterns that limit closeness and discover steadier, more fulfilling ways of relating.
